We use this information to operate user accounts, display relevant company and request matches, enable communication with companies, protect platform security, respond to support requests and improve service quality.

Sharing

Information shared in a request or company listing may be shown to other platform users or directly contacted companies according to the relevant category or section match. Tekstil Yolu does not sell personal data to third parties except where required by law.

Files and permissions

When you add a company logo, listing image or request image, the platform may use the device file picker or camera and gallery permissions. These permissions are used only for uploads that you initiate.

Security and retention

Account and activity data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Users can start account deletion directly from the My Account panel and submit data requests through the support channel.
